T-34: Sick

I am sick of being sick. I haven’t been well since the beginning of this year. Some days have been better, some worse (today being one). It’s hard to stay on top of things when you spend hours sleeping because that’s all your body wants to do. Testing starts tomorrow, so I’ll have no choice but be at school the next three days. But it’s a good thing– because that means it will soon be done, and then spring break. My continuing mission is to learn something and find something positive about every day.

Testing makes me sick, too – mentally. This week, I’m giving a crash course in graphing calculators to my Algebra 1 kids because next week it’ll be more important for them to get the right answer than it will be to actually know what they’re doing.
